Honestly large chain restaurants solve quality and service. They become comfortable due to their branding and they need to remember that customers are recommendations and experiences, which motives customers return. I had my fair share of bad experiences at IHOP, but I can also say I had good experiences. I called to order breakfast, I understand that their quite busy and whenever you answer the phone of any business proper etiquette is to say hello not slam phone on counter and not pick it back up CORRECT!?!?!?
