"The pronounced taste of hardeee’s carbonated burgers is classic. this special situation was a good experience. the young lady who took our order was patient while we read the menu and was informed about the items offered. after the order we found a table and delivered it. the order was missing an article (fries) and without hesitation it could upgrade the size. the food was freshly cooked and still hot. tee was not like so many other businesses that tell me that the tee in the cup was added to the ice instead of melting away in the donator. the area was clean with a lot of seating. above average fast food and a second trip worth. I can't speak for other places, but this is above average."

"Most of the staff here is excellent and offer wonderful service as fast as they can. The food is always warm and delicious. My two complaints here are related to higher management. I'm a very nice and respectful person but had an issue with my order not being found in their online system. The girl at the window was a little lost which is totally fine, but I could hear the lady night manager talking about me inside to this nice employee and it was quite unprofessional. Worst part is the issue was left unresolved and I was left feeling a bit ignored. The second complaint is that inside the air conditioning is broken and it is boiling hot. The owner should be ashamed to let their employees work in these conditions. In conclusion if you don't run into this manager or have to go inside to eat and/or work here... Everything else is great lol"
