Jack In The Box - Feedback

What Katherine Hill likes about Jack In The Box:
This location is almost always busy, no matter what time of day, and unfortunately the drive-thru moves very slowly. In my various experiences there, the staff is not friendly at all. In fact, it is downright uncomfortable having to pull up to the window to be face to face with them. Your managers should not be smoking black and milds in the doorway inside the building where people are walking in and breathing that in.
