Le Soul - Hazlehurst

The menu changes slightly each week, but there's always something delicious to try. Check their Facebook page for the latest menu. We typically dine here for dinner, but we also visited on a Sunday and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is great, and there’s convenient parking in front.

I discovered this fantastic little restaurant through TripAdvisor, and it definitely deserves to be rated number one in Hazlehurst. The food, atmosphere, service, and owners were all truly impressive. The prices were quite reasonable as well. If you find yourself in Hazlehurst, you're in for a delightful surprise. The place has a sort of New Orleans vibe, both in its decor and its cuisine.

I celebrated my birthday in le soul and eating, hospitality, service, drinks and server was great.

Family decided to meet for lunch here and we were all looking forward to the past experience we've all shared in dining here formerly Porches of Wesson, Ms. ,...but quickly realize this IS NOT what we expected. Completely different menu! But decided to give it a try,...and we were ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED! Catfish was bland, over cooked, and greasy. Shrimp and grit was worse I've ever had. Even the margarita was absolutely horrible! How does one possibly mess up Patron?!....well, this bartender most definitely succeeded in ruining good Patron because it was HORRIBLE! Hate to ever leave a negative comment on ANY business,...but unfortunately this experience was shared by everyone in our lunch party. I sincerely hope this restaurant is able to improve.
