Salerno's Pizzeria - Hazlet Township

This place is nice, definitely more of a takeout place than a sit-down place though. If you're looking g for sit-down dinner Italian food, but you would rather eat at home, this is absolutely the place. The food is really super good. The staff is nice enough and is atte tive to your needs and there is a surprisingly large food and drink selection Vegetarian options: I had eggplant parm and zucchini in balsamic vinaigrette. Both were very tasty.

Ordered a pie for delivery, after being told 30 to 40 minutes I called back in an hour, I was told 30 to 40 minutes, Then, after another hour, I was told they made a mistake. After three hours, I had to cancel the order, The owner of the company gave me excuses Was trying to justify why it took three hours to make a pizza

Food here is always AMAZING!!!!! and the buffalo chicken pizza is the BEST I've ever had been getting it for years I moved like 45 min from here but if I am in the area I always order a buff chicken personal

Just left here. Pizza was fine, except that one of the slices had a hair. After quietly asking for a replacement slice, the person who I'm assuming is the owner asked to see the hair and then insisted that it didn't match any of them. He then looked at my hair and said it looks like mine. The only problem with his theory was that I wasn't sitting anywhere near that slice. He ended up not charging us, but only after ruining our dinner.

I picked up my pizza, and before I even noticed the owner called me saying he gave me the wrong pizza and was delivering me the correct one complimentary for his mistake! The pizza was delicious and service was great, I will be back.
