The food was great and so were the food runners. It was just the waitress who was horrible. Not a smile, very unfriendly. Didn’t give silverwerare. We had to ask and had to wait for it even when our appertizers were already out. I had to ask for more napkins theee times before I finally for them. And we did the Valentine’s Day special. What Cameron Ondricka doesn't like about Bertucci's Hazlet:
Expensive food for low quality/taste. My table of 7 got all different meals, mostly chicken entrees. They were all expensive, not piping hot, and mediocre in taste. We did see tables around us getting pizzas so maybe we just made the wrong choice! Our server was great. Definitely won’t be returning. View all feedback.
Our go-to place for last 18 years!! We dine here with the family, colleagues and social groups, not to mention the super easy takeout orders.
