"Stayed over for one night on business trip. you have an incredible hotel. What makes it more special is your staff are incredible. I can't remember all the names but they were all great. Confidence and Muriel stood out like shining stars. I have to make a special mention to your chef. The food was world class and honestly one of the best main dishes I have ever had. Creme Brûlèe that belongs in a Michelin star restaurant. Well done. You will see us again!"
