"What a hidden Gem!!! A little diner hidden away amongst some other business, one being a popular fish and chips franchise. However, the place is busy! You may have to wait for a table to open, at most 10 minutes, but well worth the wait. Numerous all day breakfast of various types and the portions are huge! But I had the Club sandwich on toasted homemade bread with a bowl of homemade soup and a partridge berry scone that came with it huge meal, I left full and absolutely satisfied! 10/10 for sure!!!"

"Arrived at 7:00pm and had to wait a long time for a table for four. We then were seated and asked for our order. We waited half an hour for our order and saw the table next to us who sat down quite a lot after us was given their food which was exactly the same order as ours plus or minus a few items. We then had to ask where our order was and they said it was the next order up. We received our order a few minutes later and it was stone cold. If you have ever had mussels you would understand cold mussels are definitely not tasty."

"Not the best fish chips ever! A two piece of fish resembles a piece in most other places, I mean really small. Batter was burned. Chips were ok, engraving was almost pure corn starch very thin and tasteless.. The frying fat should have been changed. I might have been there on a day off, but I would definitely not recommend the fish chips. Also sad, the place had a beautiful diner charm inside. (edit: I have increased my review a little because the owner has touched me and suggested that I have brought it to its correctness, I would not have returned my expulsion because I was the passenger of the vehicle and we had to continue our journey. But they also explained about their cooking oil from tasting for me.. I will appreciate her explanation and it could have been something else that was boiled at the end of the oil life, but that was thrown away from the taste, but I am from the smaller portions of fish. I eat a ridiculous amount of fish and chips and from a variety of restaurants in the eastern / Avalon regions. I'm afraid your parts are on the smaller side. A piece of fish on average in my experience is about 5 inches long, 11/2 inches thick and about 3 plus inches wide.. What I received was 3x3 inch, one piece was a thin tail piece, the other was a decent thickness your price makes it perhaps more affordable, but if others use to get a larger part, that is what is expected. You can get $10 for a 2 piece of fish and chips and have each piece even smaller, but again, the fish is smaller than average size wise as I said, regardless of price. I can simply calculate 10 extracts with larger pieces of fish for only one dollar or two more than you. I can also take name 2 with portions similar to your size, both slightly more expensive, so I will give you that. But at the end of the day, I only checked what I experienced on my particular order, maybe I was her on a free day .?"
