Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican - Heber

What Anthony McKay Steggell doesn't like about Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican:
I have come to this Cafe Rio four times this week. Each and every time I have ordered the exact same thing and I have been charged four different prices ranging from 7.39 to 22.47. It is frustrating that every time I order the same thing I get charged a different price. Not sure what’s going on. I also think it is unfair to order just meat and still get charged for the entire meal even though I didn’t get the tortill... View all feedback.
