"We went for what we thought would be a nice lunch at the local restaurant. My fries were swimming in grease. The burger was horrible, served with hot dog relish. Sent my fries back and the waitress offered a free soup, tried the bean and bacon. Don't go there. They just opened a can of pork and beans and didn't bother to let the beans simmer. Ended up having Saltine crackers for lunch. My husbands clubhouse was just as bad but he was a good sport and choked it down. We will never go back. The waitress was pathetic as well. She took a dollar of my meal because I didn't eat the fries. Never again."

"Drove from Vancouver - on our way to Osoyoos. This is our lunch must stop from now on. The meat in the beef dip was perfect. The burgers are homemade. Lots of salads and healthier food options. Their house balsamic is great. Also, there is a kids menu. The decor is eclectic and fun. It cost about $55 (without tip) for a family of 4 - we had 2 beer. The absolute best part for families is that there is a play room for kids. Of course you supervise your kids as it is just off of the dining areas but how incredibly nice is it to have a place for your kids to play while you wait for your food?! We were really impressed and thankful for such a nice lunch after being in the car for so long."

"Baked goods were really yummy. But was super disappointed in our Macchiatos. The cups were nearly empty and mostly foam. Not what we are used to in other coffee shops. I brought it back to counter and they just shrugged it off saying that is how it's made :("

"My friend and I travelled from Princeton to Hedley to have lunch here--she'd been here before. We both had a caesar salad with shrimp and WOW! I've never had such a delectable and generous heap of small shrimp (NOT canned), over a genuine caesar salad. Delicious.I was disappointed in the latte, however. They need to switch to Kicking Horse or some other high quality espresso."

"I took a Wrong Turn to the right place. To me it is a home with heart and soul. Music to the ears can be fun at this little tavern. Serving great food for children and adults alike. I feel like I am always at the right place here!"
