Directly on the Elberadweg...morgens breakfast buffet, freshly prepared meals...and a large selection of cakes...a great service...absolutely recommended

Fully overpriced cafe (well noted) with self-service. The cake looked super tasty in the lining, but unfortunately it didn't taste as it looked out...beim filled stray cake you had to be careful not to bite out on the strays (hard as stone) and the cake floor was totally ground! at a price per cake piece of 2.90€. The coffee did not taste either. I don't want to hurt a reputation here, but maybe you should accept the much negative reviews and change something about the quality of the offer then you can also pay a few cents more.

Excess prices. Guests are spotted loudly. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Cake so well. The view and location is very beautiful, therefore a star. Comment from the owners: In this evaluation, coffee and cakes as well as prices are of secondary importance, because such an incompetence and arrogance to the customer is not reasonable. This shows you especially in the unprofessional answers to negative reviews. PS: The price list is not complete! We had no ice cups.

Never! !Apart from the beautiful Elbblick, the café is not recommended.The staff is very rude and snippy, as you can read at most of the answers to a review.I was very surprised that I paid for three large coffee Crema, 3 pieces of cake and two children's ice cream cups 40 Euro. So, I asked again and I was instructed that the coffee crema is usually served only in a small cup and a large cup consequently twice the cost is 5,80 euros!!! I'm talking about a pot of coffee, not a cup of XXL. Since it is unfortunately not possible to pay with card and I had no 40 Euros, I was offered to pick up the money after drinking coffee from the car and then to pay. We did. So I brought back the dishes and heard the young waitress screaming "The people who have not yet paid leave easy! "I went to the entrance and said that I am still there and my husband will pick up the money, just as agreed.When paying, I once again said that it is not obvious on the price board that a large coffee costs Crema 5.80 euros. I was opposed to this being normal, because a small cup costs 2.90 euros and a large 5.80 euros. I was recommended to go to another café because there have never been any complaints at the prices. Then she turned away and said she had to work and had enough guests. I've never seen such a rude thing before. This is not a way to deal with guests.The coffee crema is the most expensive coffee drink which is offered, but is not sold out. All other drinks were large or small on the price board.Fortunately there was 10% to the SSV and we had to pay only 36 euros.

It is a wonderful terrace on the Elbe. Delicious homemade cakes (which at least so delicious), a wide selection of drinks. Besides a terass snack and a pension. The café is highly recommended!
