"A primitive pub with very good, honest food and a selection of drinks that looks like that. The service friendly and beautiful, the boss enchants in the small kitchen and the boss Johann takes the guests with a few cheerful hours. You just have to feel comfortable here. Table reservation is strictly recommended"

"We came them for coffee and cake in 2017 and found us back in Heimbach in 2019 had to make a second visit. this is a man and woman team, he is an English cook and she is a German baked cook that is the result... really delicious baked and cake, big coffee and excellent service. this time we had a heavenly cheesecake fabulous and very cheap. well that they are looking when they are in the eifel national park with river promenades and a large castle a stone's throw away."

"This cafe below the Garni Hotel overlooks the ferry terminal for the Rursee, it is nice spot for lunch or cakes if you are waiting for ferry. The salads we had were freshly made and very good value; the waitress was patient and friendly as we speak almost no German. The cakes, although we tried them, looked amazing and everything looked very clean."

"The staff (serving and cooking) are very courteous and friendly. The food is good and plentiful. The sharpness is adjusted on request. Unfortunately, it was partially violent and outside was attacked by wasps. Otherwise a cozy little place. Very recommended."

"Am 17.06.2016 gab es eine " Steak-Flat ". Ich habe für meine Frau und mich reserviert.Unser Tisch war ganz oben. Es war war und laut; aber das Lokal war voll ausgebucht.,.Keines der Steaks war besser als meine eigenen Experimente in der Anfangszeit meiner Steakleidenschaft. Das Kölsch kam aus der Flasche und war kein Kölsch. es war Cramer obergärig.Das 2. Bier war dann ein Bier der Gemündener Brauerei. Ein unfiltriertes.Mit der Bemerkung der Bedienung : es ist so ähnlich.Die Flat ebbte sehr schnell ab, jetzt sollte es Steaks direkt vom Chef auf den Teller geben. Ich bestellte ein Rumpsteak. Nach ca. 40 Minuten kam es auch. Ich habe sehr gute Zähne , konnte das aber nicht kauen und ließ es zu ca. 60% auf den Teller liegen.Ich will kein Nörgler sein, weil bisher nur sehr gute Kritiken zu lesen waren. Oder hatten wir nur Pech ?"
