Lamm - Heimbuchenthal

The Hotel Lamm is a first-class place to stay in the Spessart, to hike and relax in a wellness area. The place Heimbuchenthal in itself is manageable and offers nothing interesting. The Hotel Lamm is very spacious, well equipped and optimal for a few days of relaxation. Our room in the main house was large and neatly equipped. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast buffet was upper average. Access and parking is also very good. The hotel is a good starting point for hikes and excursions in Spessart. The only criticism is the service at reception. You had to ask for information. No information was given by itself. In case of questions, I would have expected a little more kindness and accusations, but perhaps this is also a regional characteristic. Overall but absolutely recommended and worth a trip.

Apart from the parking situation on a Sunday it was very nice here. There is a large terrace and the interior where we sat is rustic cozy. The food was inexpensive as a Sunday menu for a home of this quality and super-lecker, whether it be Rumpsteak, Rehbraten or Räuberschnitzel. Special requests were also kindly received. All in all worth a visit.

We're just going there right now. It's just pure relaxation. There's something for us. Only recommended. Tip, book the Junior Suite in the Palais. Beautiful views and such a super bathroom with hot tub and from there you can watch the stars in the evening while enjoying the bathroom.

They were invited to dinner by my parents. Actually, this upscale gastronomy is less for us, but the great food and the kindness of the staff were really great. The Sunday menu has tasted really delicious and the ambience we also liked. The prices for a three-course Sunday menu surprised me positively. Only the parking situation was a bit annoying until we saw a sign that the building on the other side of the street also belongs to the hotel and there are other parking spaces, then there was enough free.

We spent a great weekend there. Very attentive and friendly staff. Very clean, large and spacious rooms in rural style. The wellness area is also very clean and by no means overflowing. Parking directly at the hotel and nearby. Directly connected hiking trails and the proximity to the water castle, as well as other beautiful recreational opportunities nearby well accessible. All around a great weekend, thanks to all those who have made this possible.
