"Kristinas Esszimmer - ein Restaurant mit einem Service, der besser nicht sein kann. Freundlich, aufmerksam, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen:Pastinakensuppe mit Perlhuhn-Lauchroulade - geschmacklich rund, in der Konsistenz noch ok. Wachtelbrust mit Schwarzwurzelsalat -sehr gut mit der Vinaigrette abgeschmeckt. Leider nur ein Hauch von allem. Zander, Blutwurst, Kartoffelstampf und Essigapfel (Apfel ja, Essig?) - Der Zander sehr kross auf der Haut gebraten, gerade noch glasig. Die Blutwurst und der Stampf bestens abgerundet mit der Sauerkrautsoße (?), preislich noch angemessen. Ochsenschwanzknödel (Knödel gefüllt mit Ragout) mit Rosenkohl (Wunschbestellung) und Madeirajus - na ja. Ragout und Soße sehr gut. Nicht ganz klar ist hier die Preisgestaltung von 23.-€.Danach Vanillemousse mit einem Ragout von Zitrusfrüchten (1 Frucht) und Pistazieneis. Alles geschmacklich sehr fein - nur, weshalb die Mousse die Konsistenz von Panne Cotta hatte, war nicht ganz eingänglich. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Abend in einem schönen Restaurant.Die Preisgestaltung leidet sicher auch etwas unter dem im gleichen Haus, mit gleicher Küche, befindlichen Restaurant 1622 und dessen Auszeichnungen im Michelin, Guide Millau und dem Gusto."

"Totally disappointing and the worst I ever eaten!!! I was there a year ago and I ordered a rumpsteak with pfeffer sauce and kartoffels. it's the first time that I let that eat back, because it was just inedible. the kartoffeln were raw, the piece meat was definitiw not a rumpsteak, but some long thin steak with pieces of fat, which was hidden in the sauce.Now I have dared a second try and it only confirmed my opinion on this restaurant. I have ordered overcrowded tortellini in cream sauce to take. what should I say? there was nothing overcrowded. I got dry tortellini in some aqueous sauce. additionally I paid € 1.30 for taking away?!The service is very friendly despite all. but I don't put a foot in there anymore."

"A hotel for well-being: a warm welcome already at the reception, every question is answered in advance and invites you to feel good. Rooms are warm and friendly. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. The menu in the restaurant next door leaves no wishes and tastes excellent. The staff is very nice!! A great praise to the family business :!!!
