"We regularly eat with our little daughter and my father-in-law at the restaurant Hirschen and have never been disappointed! Of course, the extremely fine dishes, from classics to seasonal dishes, are all included, as well as the excellent and very, very friendly service! "The food was so good, my girlfriend and I came back the next day for lunch. We've been traveling along the eastern side of France for the last two months and this has been one of the best restaurants we've eaten at. My girlfriend's veal and pesto pasta brought tears to her eyes as she declared it the best veal she's ever had. This is big coming from probably pickiest eater I know. I had a duck that was perfectly cooked with a side of stuffed vegetables that were very well prepared and complemented it perfectly. The fish I had as an appetizer was also delicious. The desert was okay. It may have been that after that delicious meal, our expectations were set very high. The staff was very friendly and attended us extremely well. The price is a steal for the quality of food you get. Definitely stop here if you're in Colmar! Or even if you're just driving by!"

"We were invited to a celebration and were very satisfied. Hamburgers aren't my thing so I switched to pizza. But my wife ate hamburgers and was thrilled. Not exactly cheap but okay. It's a shame that 0.5 liters of mineral water is just as expensive as a large beer. That's why I withheld one star. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
