"Big dipper ice cream is a staple of any Montana town this one is no different I got a waffle cone with three different flavors. Mexican chocolate, vanilla and Reeses and salted caramel. If I only had to choose one I would?ve gone with the salted caramelagain-the vanilla Reeses didn?t have enough Reeses in the vanilla ice cream and the Mexican chocolate taste exactly likeabuelita?s hot chocolate back home however the salted caramel took today?s scoop-rich, creamy and extremely tasty?.the wafflecone itself could use a tweak in the recipe but is still pretty good. Overall 8.2/10"

"Okay, we've been back at firetower coffee since we first visited. we usually get only drinks or a cookie, no sandwiches anymore. we still have to be disappointed! the service is always on the place! price is always good! the atmosphere is the upper pub! fast has become my favorite place to visit....and I don't like a coffee! I noticed that a worker made better steamer than the other worker. no big thing. seriously, this place is amazing! very cool device and atmosphere. great service. great drinks. my only complaining (dus 4 stars) is that the sandwiches are somehow small for the price they pay for them. if a blt is advertised with many speck, two strips are not what I would consider a lot. the tomats were cut so thin that they were almost invisible on the sandwich. very little salat also. and was the ranch dressing instead of mayo there? the pickles that serve them with the sandwiches are amazing! they love the variety of sitting possibilities, the Wi-Fi and the college students study. makes for a warm and welcoming place. Overall I love their shop and will definitely come back!"

"My experience on the evening of June 22, 2022:The greeter was exceptionally rude he barely glanced at us and treated us like we were invisible, or numbers. I was taken aback and almost walked right back out. We were really hungry, though, so we didn 't.The table had paper covering the tablecloth, under which was a filthy, stained cloth. They use plastic glasses and disposable chopsticks, which is inappropriate in a restaurant this pricey, it should be real glass as well as real chopsticks.The food itself was very bland, worst fried rice I 've had in years. We ordered filet mignon and lobster. The filet looked and tasted like a cheap burger shop steak, I was extremely disappointed and surprised. The lobster came to me already cut into pieces, so there was no way to know if it was lobster and not the cheaper langostino seafood. The flavor was good on it, at least.Our waiter was very nice and helpful, he was the reason this review isn 't 1 star. I asked him for a couple of extra things and he was happy to help me with them.The greeter was not only rude to us, I watched him do the same thing to everyone else he seated. He also knocked over a container on a table nearby that was apparently a doordash order, he disgustingly scraped the food back into the small styrofoam container and closed it back up, as if nothing happened, throwing the extra food in the trash, shorting the customer that ordered it! Whoever owns this place needs to fire that guy.I don 't recommend coming here."
