We were a guest at the Parkhotel while visiting family in Helmstedt. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was excellent. The breakfast is ample with good choices. We had dinner outdoors in the beautiful biergarten and enjoyed an excellent meal with good pricing. During our visit, my husband became ill. The hotel staff were gracious an accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed until he felt better. View all feedback.

The interior of the restaurant was clean and cozy and since our arrival we felt comfortable. Waitresses were polite, friendly and well maintained. Unfortunately, a pleasant beginning was followed by disappointment. We waited too long for our meal. If the main purpose of our visit to satisfy our stomach, we'd rather have gone.
