large pizza: I had a mario with speckle, gorgonzola and salami, and the pieces of spekken were cut and fried properly, not like those I had put on others where they were too fat, thick and dominant. the broth was thin, slightly chewing and had a crusty crust without burn spots. regarding the Swedish pizzasalat it was crispy and hit a good balance between sweet and sour.
