I have visited Penelope couple of times during lunch. Both times food has been delicious and staff attentive. I am hoping that service would be much faster, today it took 1.5h to eat 3 course lunch menu. Another complaint is portion sizes that are really small. View all feedback.

Food was above average: well done, but lacking a bit in taste. Somewhat expensive. Overall not great, especially considering the price. There are better places on Helsinki in the same price range.
Not your tapas place. Tasty flavor, but small and not value for the money. We didn’t find the soul for this place. Service was way below average, no trying. Feels like your average buffet restaurant. Expectations were way higher. Interior was cozy and inviting, was going for bistro feeling.
