The tender stem broccoli was amazing, with a crunchy salty floret that melted in your mouth; creamiest mash; tender fresh salmon, and amazing ‘black carrots’. At first I thought the veg was burned so was annoyed but tasting it really blew my mind as it was just like a orange carrot.
