What David Bartrick doesn't like about Axe And Compass:
Food was good but drinks were extortionate. We had a pint of lager, a pint of shandy and 2 cokes and it was £19 plus. Coke was from a syphon and not bottled. Won't be returning, which is a shame as a nice pub overall. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

The menu of the local is also suitable for vegetarians, as there are dishes that completely abstain from meat, Alsothereare vegan meals in the menu of the establishment. They provide you a choice of gluten-free entrees as well.
