The staff is amazing at Sasquatch! My son forgot his jacket and troy, who seem to manage the resort lent my son his own jacket!!! The care we received was amazing. What User doesn't like about Sasquatch Mountain Resort:
With our daughter sick and an upcoming snowstorm we called Sasquatch Mountain to see if we could move our tickets to another day, not a refund). Nobody answered the phone, so we left two speech messages. No one returned our calls and we stayed with 3 tickets $100 out of the bag). Terrible non-existent customer service. Lesson learned – never before buy tickets from this place! View all feedback.
