Went to Charley's today and ordered a Bacon 3 Cheese sub with a side order of cheese fries. When the people behind me go their order before me I asked why they made their order before mine. They said they were waiting on fries. I said, okay and waited. After 20 minutes I asked if the fryer was broken. Went to Charley's today and ordered a Bacon 3 Cheese sub with a side order of cheese fries. When the people behind me go their order before me I asked why they made their order before mine. They said they were waiting on fries. I said, okay and waited. After 20 minutes I asked if the fryer was broken. I got served my food 25 minutes after ordering only to find out they rung me up for the wrong order. Instead of a Bacon 3 Cheese sub and cheese fries, they rung me up for bacon cheese fries and cheese fries. After wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time, I asked for my money back and went to Chick-fil-a where I was in and out in 5 minutes with my correct order. Never going back. The people working didn't even have the courtesy to apologized after all of that.
Hate it when there's too many people around. But Charley's is worth it!!
As always my favorite place to eat at the mall. Good food,fresh, and clean!!
Charlies has really good food but unfortunately I found a bug in my sub before I took another bite
They always make me a delicious sandwich, and listen carefully how I want it made.
