We are regular, about twice a month, and always, without exception, enjoy the food and service. This lunch was no exception and it is always special when Saul is our server. Not only is the food good, but small details like the excellent fresh salsa bring them to the table and great icy tea that never allowed to go under half full in your glass. Consistent favorite. This place was looked authentic Mexican. However, the food was just ok. Ordered steak tacos combo plate. Rice was overcooked and refried beans were tasteless. Steak on taco was a bit overcooked. Great place for great food! The service was great and the owner stopped by to make sure everything was good! If you are looking for large Mexican foods at a reasonable price make these from your go to shops!
My family has come to Coyote since the late 90s. Staff is like family, never changed. The dishes are always fantastic and consistent. I never had a bad experience with Coyote, and they have contained a loyal episode of locals, me and family. I don't live in the area anymore, but I'm always sure Coyote will stop when I'm the city. Thanks Francisco and team!
Excellent place!! Ordered the chilli rellanos and enchiladas w/tacos and my plate was overflowing with deliciousness!!! Two pitchers of margaritas later and couldn't even get thru a quarter of my plate lol. Highly recommend
Awesome Food. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Table side Guacamole was so good. Vegetarian Enchiladas were so good. And the Peach Marquita was off the hook. And Hubby got them to sing Happy Birthday to me too. <3 Thank you again, we'll be back
The absolute best Mexican food I?ve ever had in my 35 years of life!!! It?s my last night in town visiting from Indiana. The jalapeño poppers taco salad were delicious steak was tender shell was fresh and crispy! This is a local gem for sure well worth the drive off the Las Vegas strip.
