"We went to La Carreta a few times and we usually enjoy it. The service can sometimes be concentrated with the staff to talk to each other instead of checking on their tables. Ordering my favorite thing is the Mahi-shrimp Ceviche, which is very good. They have bite large pieces of fish and shrimp with pieces cucumbers and mango marinated in lemon juice, so the acid cooks the seafood. It makes a light and refreshing meal.
