My biggest complaint would be the 18% gratuity that was automatically added to our check without our permission. We were going to tip anyways but that left a bad impression. They explained that the system automatically adds it to the total and only the manager can remove it. "Fantastic spot for coffee and food. Have had the breakfast here a few times and their avo toast is great. Also they roast their own beans which makes for a great coffee.
