We typically dine at the bar when we visit this restaurant, and that is where we were seated. We really enjoy having Chris as our bartender - he is friendly, efficient, and quick with making cocktails. Our go-to starter is the chopped Italian salad, which is always delicious. One person in our party was not feeling well so we asked to get our order to go. We received our order in about 15-20 mins but when we got home we were shorted an entire entree of Shrimp Scampi. Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident.The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. Our experience at PM today and always was a "reason to come back again" experience.
