"St. john awaits her with excellent Cajun cuisine, especially with seafood. my partner and I shared the fried alligator (appeared) and the bronzed mahi mahi (entrée) that were not only delicious but also perfectly filled. the place is quite large and popular. the service was a bit slow because we arrived at the peak hour (about 7 o'clock) our dinner was still great, and we would like to come back."

"We had heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. There was a sign on the door to please be patient as they were short-staffed. That's a problem everywhere these days, and we completely understand. However, we stood at the order desk for approximately 10 minutes while 2 staff members were sitting behind the counter talking and laughing, but never acknowledged that we were there. We could also see a gentleman in the kitchen who looked up at us several times. After standing there for 10 minutes without a hello or anything, we decided they didn't really need our business and went elsewhere."

"4.75 lMe encanta un poco de comida mexicana! We decided to try La Carreta, which means The Road in English. This place is beautiful and comfortable. I was excited about the outdoor / indoor terrace when entering. I didn't go to the doors to the main entrance. I noticed the soothing music, not too loud or in series. The music gave me the feeling that the station was in English. I thought the genre was soft rock. I appreciate a great waitress. One who is well maintained with visibly clean hands and uniforms, confident when approaching our table and having a real smile. A great service is made by knowledge of the menu items and offers suggestions to make the best decisions. A server that understands upsells how to increase revenue. A large server allows the time to decide and check with us frequently; Nevertheless, the server should not forget about its tables, nor should you nagging and lingering. We were happy to have met this kind of service immediately by a young lady who fits the profile mentioned. I'm sorry to have forgotten her name. I will always remember her beautiful smile and the confidence she wore. lExcelente servicio, La Carreta La Carreta! Would you go to Mexico and not order Margarita? I wouldn't. Besides, yes, you want a MARGARITA from here! They were not too strong, but not cheap tasting! I just enjoyed one because it was lunch. Next time I'll get it my business back during dinner to be able to in DOS MARGARITAS LOL While we enjoy the Margs, we decided on the Queso dimmer containing chorizo's sausage. You had no queen until you had it with Chorizos from here! Gracias, La Carreta Folks! I love seafood naturally because it is usually a light dish, and I did not want to leave crowded. I then chose the Brochettes Stuffed Shrimps packed in bacon. Served with queso, fresh hand cut vegetables and rice. Now I have this court with slight similarities and differences in different places, but that must be and in my book is the best brochetas, Camarones envueltos en tocino, or as you say: Bacon wrapped shrimps. Whatever the case or should I say Verbiage, LA CARRETA has the best!!! Now we can't forget the pages. Will someone from La Carreta please tell the griller of these vegetables that I would like to shake her hand on my next visit! Grilled vegetables best! I don't care for myself and I never take Zuccini in any of my meals; but if I have a meal at this festive place, I'm 'M HAVING GRILLED ZUCCINI!! On the other hand, the dish was also served with one side of Mexican rice, which, in my opinion, was somewhat less than good. I live in second chances when everything else is perfect. That was such a case. It was dry and bland. For me it tasted like old white rice. A little disappointing, but this is what our tastes revealed. Good luck next time. Another wonderful and colorful place to experience."
