This was not their best day. I paid and my friend's drink came out right away. I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes, watching people who came in after me leave with their smoothies. So I finally had to ask where mine was. The kid went to the back and they took another 3 minutes to come out with the smoothie. Which I know did not have all the extras I paid for.
