What Aspen Sowers doesn't like about Black Eyed Pea:
This was my favorite restaurant. But the last time my husband and I were there the service was terrible. The place was empty and it took 45 minutes to get our meal which arrived cold. The waitress didn't seem to care and was busy on her phone the minute she served us. We will not be back. View all feedback.
