We eat today in Moe?s in Hendersonville and the staff is absolutely wonderful. You can say they take care of their job and experience of the customer! The manager works super hard if not harder than the wonderful employees who keep things in stock and keep the lobby clean with a smile on his face! I placed a delivery order and realized that i had input something wrong, so I tried to call the store to have it changed. I got sent to voicemail 4 times. I reached out to my dasher to see if they could let them know and they refused to change my order. I understand that I made the mistake, but still that?s not good customer service. View all feedback.
