What Jordan Van Etten doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This location has not only the worst customer service, they clearly have a lack of care for the customer orders. Be warned if you want any minor modification to your order don’t expect it to be completed. Their staff are either all illiterate or just choose not to read the display screen for orders. I’m tired of paying for over priced add ons and never getting them. read more.
