"1 star for experience 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back!"

"We walked in and Kev made us feel right at home. The food was AMAZING and found myself not wanting to walk away from my plate even though it was so filling. The owners are really good people, and you can tell they’re well respected in the neighborhood. We sat and chatted for almost an hour to the owner and he’s a really good man. Thank you so much for making a wonderful vegan dining expirence made with love. We will absolutely be back. Best chicken sandwich I’ve EVER had!"
