Despite its franchise status, this establishment exuded a charming small-town ambiance, creating a welcoming and congenial environment. Our waitress, Lerato, exemplified a remarkable level of kindness and affability, a departure from the customary experience one encounters in the bustling city. Her attentive and gracious service added a touch of sweetness to our dining experience. "In love with Raku Lounge! One of my favorite spots in witbank. Best pizza I’ve ever had and the prices are very reasonable. We paid about R230 for 2 huge pizzas and a drink each. It’s family friendly in the front, as well as a bar area at the back when going out with friends. Highly recommended"
