Aloha Sno was easy to find, and easy to access. There was parking available of course which is always a plus.The staff here was EXCELLENT. Incredibly friendly with stellar customer service and attention to detail. The snow cone itself was wonderful! I had the strawberry cheesecake, and it was cute, fun, tasty, and refreshing. Can I give this place NO STARS!!!? Because that is what they deserve!! Stood out in the heat 15 min and then they decide to close. I should have been considered to get my sweet treat. Then the rude chicken was like well we announced it!! uhm.... to who the person in the trailer with you because no one else heard it!! Terrible customer service and no consideration for those standing in the HEAT!!!! I don 't care where... View all feedback.
