What modjohn doesn't like about Wagamama Hereford:
I had the chill ramen steak. Ramen should have a Miso sauce with a distinct Umami flavour not the combination sweet and sour sauce it came in. Reminded me of a sweet and sour tomato style sauce and bright red in colour with a oily texture. Really a poor Ramen and far from it's Japanese roots. I don't think there was any soy sauce in it! read more.
