"I cannot praise the Hotel La Cambuse enough! This place was magical and Bovier Jerry went above and beyond to ensure our stay went both smoothly and amazingly. From the start, Jerry picked us up from the train station for half the cost of the taxis. He then allowed us to check in early and get ready for a half ski day. His hotel and restaurant are both so great. The beds were comfortable, the room was perfectly clean, and the view from our windows were to die for. Waking up each morning to a view like that was breathtaking. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was always so beautiful and delicious. Especially their freshly baked (still warm) bread that was put out every single morning. The staff know how to make a good coffee and are always eager to please. The place is the ultimate ski in and ski out. The lift is literally across the hotel maybe 5 steps away. It is a Tbar now but it’s changing to a chair lift in a year. Jerry told us that when the Chair lift opens, he plans to have added quite a bit more amenities to the property like a hot tub and spa with killer views of the alps and Matterhorn! As mentioned earlier, Jerry went above and beyond during our stay. He picked us up from Nandaz when we stranded ourselves at the end of a ski day. He rented us a car at only $50 CHF per day and that price also includes the insurance. He also shuttled is back to the train station at 4:30am so that we could make our train back to the airport. At one point, he even lended us his power adaptor for the duration of our trip because we forgot our own. We felt completely taken care of at this hotel and by the look of happiness and satisfaction on all the other guests faces, they surely all felt the same way. I cannot wait to return and stay hotel La Cambuse again. We really really enjoyed our stay and simply loved it here."

"Newly opened in Sion. This restaurant is one of the best around town. The location is not the most ideal, at the corner of a busy crossroad with no view but the interior design certainly makes up for it. Soft lighting, comfortable chairs and good atmosphere. The staff are really friendly, attentive but discreet. The service was fast, we didn't have to wait despite the resaturant being packed. The food was delicious. We had the antipasto, then the moules and Tagliata. We were really pleased, the moules were fresh. The meat was very tender, great seasoning. Really good, cannot complain. I highly recommend this restaurant. However, it is better to book in advance especially for the weekends. Once I tried to reserve a table for a Friday night the day before but it was fully reserved. The weekdays, I'm sure you can get a table if you call on the same day. There are a lot paid parking choices around. The price is correct. It ranges from 25fr 45fr for the main course. I wouldn't mind paying more for the service and the food that I have recieved."
