"We by pure coincidence read an article about the restaurant in a brochure in Ovronnaz and decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. The dinner and service was excellent. The dinner consisted of 6 dishes with a very balanced wine menu that fitted the dishes. The service at the table was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. The menu was based on products from the region including use of wild plants in ways we hadn't experienced yet. We will use that in our own kitchen. Bon vent au Soleil."

"Great pizzas, pasta and meat dishes! Delicious desserts too, I really enjoyed the tiramisu. Good selection of wine and really friendly waiting staff. You might need to book on a weekend night but during the week we managed to get a table inside."

"We spent a very nice evening savouring an exceptional cuisine mostly prepared with fine local poducts and wines : a culinary fairy tale! The attentive staff contributed to the perfection of this special moment. The rooms have nothing exceptional however not having to drive back home contributed to the success of the evening.
