Nil Restaurant Bar Lounge Restaurant

After a longer abnormality we spontaneously returned to the restaurant. cozy refreshment with spacious layout and sufficient space between the tables. we had the opportunity to sit on one of the free tables in the winter garden and so enjoy the beautiful view into the green environment. in sunny weather the outdoor areas are very popular, as there is a restaurant-own children's playground and the view of a small stream. the service had not seen us coming, noticed us with some delay. for this, the ordered drinks were then brought quickly. the buffet selection was good, various meat and fish varieties, some appetizers and desserts. Unfortunately, meat and fish dishes were no longer hot, whose sauce was already on the surface. the sweet was in order, something more bite would be nice, but at least not soft.

We stayed on Tuesday with a small group in the NIL Tuesdays will be offered there imme pure pizza and pasta buffet for 12.90. I personally knew the NIL from Rio times when buffet food was always offered. After that there were a few owner changes. When entering the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised it was a lot renovated and refreshed. The buffet area has remained the same. In addition to the pizza and pasta buffet, there was an appetizer buffet and a desserbuffet. The quality of the food was growing, from quite good to so: The appetizer buffet was really good: Vitello Tonnato, fried oyster mushrooms, grilled paprika, etc. Everything very nicely dressed and very tasty. Unfortunately, the pasta dishes were all a little cooked, unfortunately not al dente but this is probably so on a buffet. Here the guest does not wait for the pasta but the pasta for the guest. The pizza was amazingly good for a buffet, while various varieties were always fresh and hot. The dessert buffet was also quite neat. The service was friendly and the drinks were served quickly.

Beautiful restaurant but the buffet leaves much to be desired. It wasn't so much going on today, so the food at the buffet was totally dismissed and only lukewarm. Qualitatively a catastrophe (except desserts) and for DAS money? Ne thank you, 18.50 you can better invest in other restaurants. Unfortunately, I didn't get the food, I drove home with belly cramps. We had to wait too long for drinks and for the bill. Too bad it was better and better visited.

With a restaurant called Nil, I basically combine positive things first. Finally, I like to go to the Nile in Hamburg. Now the restaurant I've always gone to with my parents has also been in Nil. It has nothing to do with the Hamburger Nil, neither in terms of food, nor in any other way, but no matter what. Preliminary sirbes are still inappropriate, but the food was okay, as in the previous restaurant Rio. Three stars I would say extremely positive, however, the service was in weight and the childcare was just exemplary. Yes, there was actually a childcare program that doesn't have to hide behind the clubs that have been renown, e.g. Aldiana. Not that I absolutely need this, but if the child, for example, is more ready to eat than the parents, it usually becomes restless and impatient and is there a care, the parents can still sit and relax. The Garfield film and 2 playrooms did not run around corners, but proper rooms! with pillows, toys and all Pipapo. This is indeed a service that surprised me and my 2 1/2 year old daughter. There the small town of Herford doesn't need to hide behind the city of Hamburg!, is there anything like this?

Many things have already been written about the restoration so that I count on a repetition at this point. Very well visited restoration, but very attentive and fleeting service. The ordered drinks came fast, the buffet was always filled quickly, so no empty spots were created. Extensive starter selection as hot dishes can be selected between pig, beef, chicken and fish salmon. Vegetables, travel, potatoes of different types of preparation etc. The dessert selection was also extensive, cakes, wockelpudding, muses, fruit salad and more let us leave this restoration very saturated after the already extensive offer. The price for the buffet - without drinks - of EUR 17.90 is completely justified. We'll be happy to return.
