"Although I've been regularly on Usedom since March 2021, I didn't know anything about this restaurant that was almost hidden in a village in the interior of the island, specializing in fresh fish. It is only through a recommendation by the restaurant manager of a star restaurant in Berlin, who knows the owner of the peasant room personally, that I have unfortunately become aware of it. Otherwise, I could have saved my visits to the “usual” fish restaurants in the Kaiser baths.The fish offered varies depending on what the fisherman catches, and is served in the frying pan.The Zander was a poem, and also the supplements like the homemade potato salad and buttermilk potatoes were exceptionally delicious.A real top recommendation for all fish lovers."

"Wie jedes Jahr seit 4 Jahren feiere ich , leider alleine, meinen Geburtstag bei Da Claudio. Es ist mein Ferien - Highlight. Auch diesmal wieder. Der Blattsalat mit Flußkrebsen war köstlich, das anschließende gebratenen Steinbuttfilet ebenfalls. Das Dessert , eine Creme Brulee mit selbst gemachtem Eis rundete alles ab. Dazu ein köstlicher Gavi di Gavi. Da Claudio ist weit und breit das einzige noch bezahlbare Restaurant, das sein gehobenes Niveau konstant hält. Gut , daß es das gibt. Man könnte sonst an Fischbrötchen und Bratfisch mit Bratkartoffeln schier verzweifeln."

"My friend, a very good friend, and I was there the first time two weeks ago. We had the tip of our gastronomic director, because we three work in a 4.5 star hotel in Heringsdorf. From the outside the restaurant looks very inconspicuous. However, you can already see what is offered here. An outstanding gastronomy!!! Service grandios, food fabulous, the offered products really strong!! A great tip! The card is harmonic!! The service impresses with much know-how! Just a really nice experience!! We all had 3 courses and everyone impresses with great appearance and taste!! A true miracle!! Very happy again!!!"
