Auf den Tisch kommt, was selbst hergestellt wird, z.B. die üppigen und leckeren Brotzeiten und verschiedene hausgemachte Most-Sorten. Der Buschenschank ist bei Einheimischen und Gästen äusserst beliebt und manchmal ist dann leider alles schon besetzt. Hat man aber einen Tisch ergattert, darf man für die Dauer des Aufenthalts einfach das Gefühl geniessen, dass hier die Welt noch absolut in Ordnung ist."
