We ate here on a family recommendation and were not disappointed. We had the pork and the German trio. Both excellent. The red cabbage was a favorite and the best I ever had. We also had the caramel toffee Custard apple cake and the blackberry wine. Also excellent. Definitely a place to visit again. read more.

What tate wind doesn't like about Vintage 1847:
While the ambiance of the restaurant is amazing, it 's customer service makes this restaurant a 3 stars. When I originally arrived to the restaurant I was told that it would be an hour and a half wait (no big deal) but when I arrived at 2:43 for my 2:45 reservation, I was rudely told you have to wait!
