Simple drive thru order; a hot latte, a single order of bagel minis, and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They had me pull forward past the window as the food portion was still being made.Both the sandwich and the bagel minis were warm but not hot and ended up taking nearly 5-10 minutes for them to be given to me after pulling away from the window.Also got the latte and did not get the special combo discount price... "One of the worst experiences ever. Save your time and money and go to La Isla! The service was awful. Chips were just out of a bag. Salsa has no taste. Had to ask multiple times for things. I thought maybe he couldn’t understand English very well… but he would repeat everything back to me so he obviously understood. Some people were charged for multiple pops. Other people somehow had free refills. He got almost every order wrong also! When he went to hand me my card back, he was not paying attention and my card went right under the table. Luckily I saw it. Then he lost my friends card completely. Luckily he found it somewhere after we explained we were upset. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Barely even saw him asking how things were and etc.I will never be going there again. I have enough stress trying to make sure the kiddos are taken care of and I don’t have time to help my waiter also.I understand people have bad days, but other people could have helped him out. They were all just on their phones. There was only 3 other booths in the entire restaurant that had people in them."
