I'm not going lie this place you to be really bad but they have improved tremendously on there wait time and customer service! I went for a late night coffee and was greeted with smiles and respect from Shamika. Really appreciate your kindness it made my night! View all feedback.

Unfortunately, majority of the time I've tried to order from this location, they are always out of product. They always seem to have new employees working who are new to customer service (not rude, just uncomfortable). The last 3 times I've tried in the past 2 months, I've had to leave without any food or drinks because they don't have anything and when I ask for a refund, I have to follow up with the app or company... "One of the worst experiences ever. Save your time and money and go to La Isla! The service was awful. Chips were just out of a bag. Salsa has no taste. Had to ask multiple times for things. I thought maybe he couldn’t understand English very well… but he would repeat everything back to me so he obviously understood. Some people were charged for multiple pops. Other people somehow had free refills. He got almost every order wrong also! When he went to hand me my card back, he was not paying attention and my card went right under the table. Luckily I saw it. Then he lost my friends card completely. Luckily he found it somewhere after we explained we were upset. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Barely even saw him asking how things were and etc.I will never be going there again. I have enough stress trying to make sure the kiddos are taken care of and I don’t have time to help my waiter also.I understand people have bad days, but other people could have helped him out. They were all just on their phones. There was only 3 other booths in the entire restaurant that had people in them."
