I didnt give me the items that I ordered substituted without telling me. the chicken why spicy for which Im not able to eat call them and they said they were out of food so they made it substitute. They also said they would give me back $10 on a $21 order. View all feedback.

everything went well with my order. I recieved everything I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon mushroom and mayo. also ordered the tater tots.

The Crispy Chicken Tenders tasted like freezer food. The Waffle Fries with Cheese were acceptable.

"One of the worst experiences ever. Save your time and money and go to La Isla! The service was awful. Chips were just out of a bag. Salsa has no taste. Had to ask multiple times for things. I thought maybe he couldn’t understand English very well… but he would repeat everything back to me so he obviously understood. Some people were charged for multiple pops. Other people somehow had free refills. He got almost every order wrong also! When he went to hand me my card back, he was not paying attention and my card went right under the table. Luckily I saw it. Then he lost my friends card completely. Luckily he found it somewhere after we explained we were upset. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Barely even saw him asking how things were and etc.I will never be going there again. I have enough stress trying to make sure the kiddos are taken care of and I don’t have time to help my waiter also.I understand people have bad days, but other people could have helped him out. They were all just on their phones. There was only 3 other booths in the entire restaurant that had people in them."
