The food was really good and it was very clean but I gave it 5 stars mainly because of our server. We sat at the bar because we didn't want to wait for a table. Our bartender named Laura was bartender and serving. We watched her making the drinks and serving and she did an excellent job while remaining very attentive and very pleasant. Hermitage was once great. I had a family tonight. What a hot mess. About cooked chicken pliers. Cod was immersed in the same via the cooking layer. Friends were okay. The rollers were flat.
