Hello I am from the United States where cooking this type of rib got it beginning, and you need to trust me when I say that these are by far the best ribs in Hermosillo Mexico! The meal was nice but the waiter didnt understand the order and it was getting annoying. At the end we had to pay more cause he wasn't clear enough to tell us that one of the dish wasnt in the packet we wanted : the full rack was good but missing the sweet sauce that makes a ribs a good ribs so I was a bit disappointed.
