What D S doesn't like about Pho Dulles 75:
No flavor. Worst pho I’ve ever had. Chicken fried rice was white rice with seasonings and frozen or canned mixed vegetables added in. Rice noodles were undercooked in the pho and the fatty brisket was just pieces of fat added into the soup. The kitchen staff are Hispanic not Vietnamese. The night I went the place was quiet it was the first time I've ever had this type of food and I did enjoy it.
