What Eric Garcia doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
I love Church's. But I don't like dry fried chicken. This happens when it sits out under the heat lamp for a while. That said, I asked for fresh chicken. I was told it was fresh. It wasn't. I ate it despite my request. As I expected, it was warm but dry. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as was the coleslaw. The people were very nice and friendly too. Sorry, Church's.
