Long wait at the drive thru. Soggy fries and only one sauce for the chicken. Mr. Charlie?s and Canes is better?

I went to slim chicken due to see the dry rub wings, interested in the dry rub. I was disappointed, and their was no dry rub on any of these, and they all tasted ok nothing like what was expected, i also had some wings that were not all throughly cooked, mostly the big drum legs.
First time coming here. That is some good chicken! Highly recommend! Great Service, clean restaurant, speedy drive-thru
